If you purchased one of the VIP Packages, you should of received an e-mail with additional information. If you did not receive an email, please contact our Bluepeak Ticket Office by e-mailing tickets@themonument.live or calling 1-800-468-6463.
BAG POLICY
CLEAR BAG ONLY EVENT
Guests may enter the building with a clear one (1) gallon zipper lock type bag or a clear stadium bag that is not larger than 12" x 12" x 6".
There will be no exceptions.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
We will be using walk-thru metal detectors at the request of the promoter.
With additional handheld wand detectors to be used as a secondary form of security.
If you are uncomfortable with using the walk thru metal detector please notify a staff member.
PROHIBITED ITEMS for this event are:
- Bags larger than 12"x12"x6" or non-clear bags
- This includes: Large Purses, Backpacks of any kind, Camera Cases, Diaper Bags, Oversized Tote Bags, Clutches And Fanny Packs.
- Weapons, including pocket knives
- Umbrellas
- Selfie sticks
- Video Cameras, Professional Cameras, IPads
- Binocular Cases
- Outside Food/Beverage and Empty Plastic Water Bottles
Re-Entry will not be allowed 30 minutes prior to the event ending. Guests choosing to exit the arena during that time will not be allowed Re-Entry.

We accept various forms of payment throughout our facility.
This includes Cash, credit/debit, and Apple/Google Pay.

SEAT LOCATIONS
If you have a ticket that is for FLOOR seats, you will enter the floor thru the Event Level (Level 1), located by Entrance C.
If you have a ticket in sections 100 or 200 or any of our Premium Levels, you will proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D.

GUEST SERVICES
Our guest services desk is located on the Concourse Level (Level 2) near Portal C and can assist you with lost and found, directions, wheel chair use, and sensory room access.
Any of The Monument Team Members are here to assist you during the event, please don't hesitate to ask.
BLUEPEAK TICKET OFFICES
For ticketing assistance during events please visit the following tickets offices:

Open at 5:00pm
Ticket Office C, & Ticket Office D
All Bluepeak Ticket Offices will remain open throughout the event.
Ticket Offices are located closest to the entrance that matches the Ticket Office letter.
Will Call Tickets will be available at any of the ticket offices when they are open.

VIP Information
VIP Doors Open: 6:00pm
PLEASE USE ENTRANCE C FOR VIP ONLY
Any other Entrances into Summit Arena will ask that you go to Entrance C. This is the only entrance for VIP. Entrance C can be located on the West Side of the Complex, there will be VIP signage.
Once you enter the arena you will see the VIP Table. At this table you will receive your lanyard with laminate and other VIP goodies.
You will also receive a special wristband which will be attached to your wrist. This will give you access to the VIP section in front of the stage.
Keep this wristband on at all times to come and go from this section as you with.
