By using our Services, you acknowledge that we will use your information in the United States and any other country where we operate. We will transfer personal information only to these countries to which we are permitted by law to transfer personal information, and we will take steps to ensure that your personal information continues to enjoy appropriate protections. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Monument and their agents and representatives collect personal information in a number of circumstances. For example, when you visit themonument.live we may collect personal information from you such as name, home address, e-mail address, age, phone number used to call customer service and credit card information for purposes such as events and contests; unique identifiers, such as your user ID or user password; registrations for our newsletter, video highlights and video offerings, chat room and bulletin board; participation in other promotions and interactive online activities; and IP addresses and click-stream data.

As is the case with many websites, our servers automatically collect your IP address when you visit our site, and we may associate that with your domain name or that of your Internet access provider. We may also capture certain “clickstream data” pertaining to your site usage. We may use other personal information you provide, such as your favorite player, to send you particular communications that we believe will be of interest to you. We may also share personal information amongst The Monument for this same purpose. While most of our fans appreciate receiving marketing communications and having their personal information available to us, we respect the right of each fan to control how his or her personal information is used. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out when the personal information is collected or by following the opt out instructions contained in the marketing communications you receive from us. Additionally, you can opt not to receive information from The Monument by emailing imagine@themounment.live.

We may also use your personal information such as your name, home address and e-mail address to send you offers from our marketing partners and other business partners, and we may share such personal information with certain of these partners so that they may send you offers directly, if you have opted to receive information from such partners.

We do provide personal information to agents who perform services for us or supply goods (such as fulfillment companies). We may share your information with our co-sponsor(s) if we obtain your information in connection with a contest, sweepstakes, offering, or other promotional activity that is jointly offered by us and any third parties, unless you instruct us not to by following the instructions in the Opt-in and Opt-out section below.

You may have the right to opt in to or opt out of certain of our uses and disclosures of your personal information. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY (USERS UNDER 13 YEARS OLD)

Children under 13 may not be fully capable of understanding the consequences of giving out personal information online. Therefore, we do not intentionally solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Accordingly, children under 13 years old may be restricted from participating in certain activities and transactions on themonument.live

We will not distribute individually identifiable information collected from a child under 13 to third parties.

We will not give the ability to children under 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute individually identifiable contact information without prior parental consent. Areas on our site directed to children under 13 will make every effort to prohibit a child from posting contact information.

We will not entice a child under 13 by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in that activity.
