Ticket Team Member
As part of The Monument Ticket Team, staff will support event operations through ticket sales, and superior customer service. Staff will operate the cash register, and computer, and take orders in person and over the phone. Team members will answer inquiries about event seating, and assist with ticketing-related questions including mobile ticketing inquiries. This position is seasonal during the fall, winter, and spring, and is primarily during the evening and weekend hours, though shifts may vary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates cash register, computer, and adding machine.
Takes orders in person and by phone.
Correctly counts back change as needed.
Provides customer service to patrons. Operates cash register, computer, and adding machine.

Must be age 18 or older.
No previous experience is needed
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, and must be able to lift, pull, push or move items put to 25 pounds.
This position is primarily indoors and the noise level is generally quite to moderate.
