SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
Job Summary: The Part-Time Production Scheduling Coordinator supports The Monument’s Production Department by coordinating scheduling for stagehands during upcoming events. This role is a part-time, event-based, as needed position based on the timing of events. While there is no guarantee of regular hours, this position plays a vital part in ensuring our live events are properly staffed and ready for success. Evening and weekend work may be required based on the timing of events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with the Production Manager to determine staffing needs for upcoming events.
· Schedule stagehands using a web-based scheduling platform and communicate event calls to crew members.
· Maintain accurate scheduling records and prepare Excel-based timesheets for scheduled events.
· Adjust schedules as necessary to meet event requirements and ensure smooth operations.
· Provide timely and clear communication with stagehands and the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Basic to intermediate computer skills required; ability to learn and navigate a web-based scheduling program.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple scheduling needs with accuracy and timeliness.
· Clear and professional written communication skills.
Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in an office setting, with the option for some tasks to be completed remotely, depending on business needs.
STAGEHAND (EVENT BASED)
Job Summary: This position provides assistance and support during various events at The Monument. This is a part-time non-benefited position. Days and hours vary. Work schedule and hours are event-driven.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.
1. May unload and reload Semi Trucks and small trailers, including pushing and pulling cases and gear up and down ramps.
2. May assist in setting up lighting, audio, staging and/or visual media systems
3. May assist in sewing and/or altering wardrobes.
4. May assist in various aspects of the set-up and tear down of events or shows.

· May require education and/or training in various aspects of event production work.
Work Environment:
Will primarily work indoors and the noise level is usually moderate to loud. Stagehands will be exposed to electronics, sewing supplies, large groups of people, moving equipment and vehicles, cleaning or other chemicals. Some aspects of this job require being exposed to heights.
Physical demands:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Will perform manual labor to include lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead. Must be able to pull using cables and ropes. May be required to balance, kneel, stoop and bend.
