This is a SOLD OUT even and all guests will be screed with walk thru metal detectors upon entry into the Theatre. Purses will be allowed.
As a reminder we do have other events in the building and the parking lots will be busy. We encourage you to please park on the East Side (Lots E1-E5) before attempting the West Side (Lots A1-A2 & B1-B2) as those lots fill up fast.
Be cautious and courteous of other attendees making their way to the theatre.

Peak Marketplace, located in the Theatre Lobby, features a grab and go style snack and various drink offerings.
NO SMOKING
The Monument is a non-smoking venue.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. There are no indoor smoking areas available for guests to use during events.

SEAT LOCATIONS
Each ticket will have a row and a seat number. Please continue into the theatre to find your seat.
Balcony (BALC) section can be accessed using the stairs or elevator on the South end of the theatre lobby.
GUEST SERVICES
Our guest services desk is located in the Main Concourse of the facility near the Theatre Entrance and can assist you with lost and found, directions, wheel chair use, and sensory room access.
Any of The Monument Team Members are here to assist you during the event, please don't hesitate to ask.
LOST & FOUND
All lost and found items are logged and tracked via The Monument's Lost and Found System.
To report a missing item or to see if your item is waiting for you in lost and found please follow this link HERE and follow the instructions.

Ticket Offices are located closest to the entrance that matches the Ticket Office letter.

Service Fees
Prices are those paid at the box office when purchasing in person. It does not reflect service & handling fees if purchasing by phone or online.
Order Limitations
Orders or combinations of orders by the same person, account, address and/or credit card in excess of order limitations for one event, may be cancelled without notice. This includes tickets ordered through presales. Service charges or other fees associated with costs incurred by the building may be retained.
When placing an order, please use your existing account and do not create a new account to ensure that your ticket purchases are linked to your one and only account, as to not have the accounts flagged as a fraudulent account.
