BYOEP - Bring Your Own Ear Protection - There will be ear protection for purchase at the Peak Marketplace and at the Derby Merch Stand

PIT PASS EXPERIENCE  - $10 per day

• Pit Pass experience starts at 2:00pm
  • Includes access to National Teams Area in Parking Lot E1 & E2.
    • Meet drivers and get up close to the derby cars
  • 2 hour early access into Summit Arena
• Pit Passes can be purchased at Bluepeak Ticket Office C by Entrance C or Bluepeak Ticket Office B by Entrance B

  • You will be required to show your event ticket to purchase your Pit Pass.

  • Signed waiver to enter Pit Pass Experience, everyone must sign their own waiver. Adults will have to sign for children under 18.
• Entrance to National Teams Area located by Entrance E
• Different Pit Pass wristband for every day

BAG POLICY

Guests will be allowed to bring in bags not to exceed 12"x12"x6".

• All bags will be subject to searched.
• No large bags, backpacks or coolers allowed.

ENTRANCES INTO SUMMIT ARENA FOR MAIN EVENT

There are three entrances into Summit Arena for this event:

• Entrance C located on the West Side of the complex and South of the Arena (off Mt. Rushmore Road near Central High School)
• Entrance D with a drop off lane located on the corner of Mt. Rushmore Road & North Street
• Summit Arena Connector located by Entrance B inside of the complex. 

  PARKING

• Lots A1-A2  located on the West Side of the Complex will be available.
• Lots E1-E5 located on the East Side (5th Street/North Haines) WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. These lots are held for Event Staging.
• Central High School parking lots (Lots C1-C4) will be available for use after 3:30pm due to school in session.
• Please make sure to give yourself enough time to find a parking spot and make it to Summit Arena.

RESERVED PARKING LOT

Will be located in Lots B1 & B2, please have your digital parking pass downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the lot. 

• If your vehicle is left over night it MUST BE MOVED by Thursday morning. 
• ADA parking will still be available in that section with an ADA permit.

MERCHANDISE STAND

• Level 2 (Main Level) by Portal H
• Credit/Debit Card will be accepted

CONCESSION & BAR STANDS

• There will multiple concession stands located throughout the entire venue. Different food offerings and Coke products at each location so make sure to check them all out. 
• Bar Stands will also be located throughout the venue
• Cash, credit/debit, and Apple/Google Pay accepted
• NO outside Food and Beverage will be allowed into the arena.

BLUEPEAK TICKET OFFICES

Ticket Office B by Entrance B will be open at 10am, Ticket Office C by Entrance C and Ticket Office D by Entrance D will be open at 12:00pm. All Bluepeak Ticket Offices will remain open throughout the event. Will Call Tickets will be available at any of the ticket office when they are open.

DIGITAL TICKET DOWNLOAD

Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue. If you are experiencing issues, please follow the instructions HERE or visit one  of our ticket offices located at Entrance C, Entrance D, or Entrance B.

SEAT LOCATIONS

If you have a ticket in the Lower Level (100s Section) you will proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D. Refer to the Portal Letter on your ticket to proceed to the correct section.

If your ticket is in the Upper Level (200s Section) it is General Admission, and is based on a first come first serve basis.

Premium Tickets proceed to the North side on the Main Concourse Level (Level 2)

• Club LIV (Private Club) - located in sections 114 and 115 (must show ticket)
• Theatre Box - take elevator or stairs located by Portal M to Level 3 (must show ticket)
• Altitude by BHFCU - take elevator or stairs located by Portal M to Level 4 (must show ticket)

SKIPPING THE PIT PARTY EXPERIENCE

• In order to enter Summit Arena at 2pm, Premium Ticket holders will need to show both their ticket and pit pass wristbands, or wait until  3pm for entry.  

PREMIUM SEAT LOCATIONS

• Club LIV (Private Club) -
  Seating located in sections 114 & 115 (must show ticket and be wristbanded) accessed from the Concourse Level (Level 2).
  Food and Bar service will be located on the councourse level outside of Club LIV beginning from 5pm until 8pm.
• Theatre Box -  Proceed to Concourse Level (Level 2) and walk towards Portal M until you arrive at the Theatre Box Elevator.  Take elevator or stairs located by Portal M to Level 3 (must show ticket)
• Altitude by BHFCU (Loft) - Proceed to Concourse Level (Level 2) and walk towards Portal M until you arrive at the Altitude Elevator.  Take elevator or stairs located by Portal M to Level 4 (must show ticket).
