General Doors Open - 6:00 pm
The event is expected to last until approximately 10:00pm.
ENTRANCES INTO BARNETT FIELDHOUSE
The Barnett Fieldhouse is located closest to Entrance B of The Monument on the west side of the complex, off Mt. Rushmore Rd.
- Entrance A located on the West side and Entrance E located on the East side of the complex will also be open to get to the Barnett Fieldhouse
PARKING
Most of our parking is located on the East Side of the complex.
- Lots E1-E2 off of 5th Street/North Haines with additional Lots E4-E5 off of New York Street. Lot E3 will be close to the public.
- Lots A1-A2 and Lot B2 located on the West Side of the Complex will be available for use during this event.
Again our parking lots will be very busy so please be patient and cautious.
CAMERA POLICY
Use of cameras and/or recording devices during this event will be strictly prohibited. This is a NO photo, NO Video, NO Audio Event. Which prohibits the use of:
- Cell Phone Cameras
- Point and Click Cameras
- Audio Recording Devices
Guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds provided for not adhering to the policy.
DIGITAL TICKET DOWNLOAD
Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue. If you are experiencing issues, please follow the instructions HERE or visit the ticket office located at Entrance A.
If you have Print at Home Tickets or Paper Tickets please have them out and ready to scan upon entering the facility.
TICKET OFFICES
Ticket Office B by Entrance B will be open at 10:00am and will remain open throughout the event.
Will Call Tickets will be available at Ticket Office B.
VIP Know Before You Go
VIP Doors - 5:15pm
Eat & Greet - 5:30pm
General Doors Open - 6:00 pm
Please note we are hosting the Rapid City Wrestling Invitational in Summit Arena, Rapid City Rush game in the Ice Arena, and Cirque Dream Story in Fine Arts Theatre. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic will be very busy. Please plan accordingly.
VIP INFO
Doors for the VIP Experience open at 5:15pm located at the Barnett Fieldhouse main doors, look for the VIP Entrance Signs.
- 5:30pm - Eat & Greet located in the Ponderosa Room
- 6:00pm - Doors open into Barnett Fieldhouse
- 7:00pm - Show Starts
Please make sure you arrive early to make it into the VIP Entrance before 5:30pm
