The Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo® is the second largest event in the state of South Dakota following the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. A Western festival that features livestock shows and sales, horse sales, World’s Smallest rodeo, educational seminars, western art show, socials, 300 vendors to shop from at the Cinch Trade Show and many more western events.
Our little Midwestern City becomes a slice of the Old West when cowboys and ranchers come to town to compete, socialize and shop top genetics in livestock, new livestock handling equipment to the latest fashions. There is something for everyone. The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center allows for guests to enjoy the many events in the all enclosed area during the winter event.
