Know Before You Go
Please note that we will not be allowing the general public on to the Summit Arena floor. All attendees must continue to the main level (level 2) to access seats.
Parking lots and pedestrian traffic will be busy with multiple event happening this weekend. Please be careful and courteous.
No Outside Food and Beverage or Containers allowed in the building
BAG POLICY: Guests may enter the building with purses.
- Large bags and/or coolers will not be allowed.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Ticketed guests will not be allowed to bring in any outside food and/or beverage into the facility.
- This includes food for athletes, insulated water bottles, coffee cups etc.
Banners, signs or noise makers will not be allowed.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED: The Monument accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards at any of our Bluepeak Ticket Offices and concession stands.
- Cash, major credit/debit cards, Apple and Google Pay.
LOST AND FOUND: Is located at the Guest Services table on the Main Concourse level of Summit Arena.
ENTRANCES INTO SUMMIT ARENA
There are three entrances into Summit Arena for this event.
- Entrance C located on the West Side of the complex and South of the Arena (off Mt. Rushmore Road near Central High School)
- Entrance D with a drop off lane located on the corner of Mt. Rushmore Road & North Street
- Summit Arena Connector located by Entrance B inside of the complex.
PARKING
Most of our parking is located on the East Side of the complex.
- Lots E1-E2 off of 5th Street/North Haines with additional Lots E4-E5 off of New York Street
- Lots A1-A2 and Lot B2 located on the West Side of the complex will be available for use during this event.
RESERVED PARKING LOT
Located in Lot B1, please have your digital parking pass downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the lot.
- If your vehicle is left over night it MUST BE MOVED by 9am Friday morning.
- ADA parking will still be available in that section with an ADA permit.
DIGITAL TICKET DOWNLOAD
Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue.
- If you are experiencing issues, please follow the instructions HERE or visit the Bluepeak Ticket Offices located at any of the entrances.
BLUEPEAK TICKET OFFICES
Thursday - Ticket Office A located by Entrance A will be open at 10:00, and Ticket Office C and D located at the corresponding entrances of Summit Arena will all be open at 4:00 pm
Friday - Ticket Office B located by Entrance B, Ticket Office C and D located at the corresponding entrances of Summit Arena will all be open at 10:00 am
Saturday - Ticket Office B located by Entrance B, Ticket Office C and D located at the corresponding entrances of Summit Arena will all be open at 7:30 am
- All Ticket Offices will remain open throughout the event.
- Will call tickets will be available at any open ticket offices.
SEAT LOCATIONS
This is a general admission event. Please proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D, then continue to your section of choosing.
If you have any questions, please ask your nearest Monument Team Member for assistance.
Premium Tickets proceed to the North side on the Main Concourse Level closest to Portal M and show your ticket at the podium located at the Premium Elevators before proceeding up to Level Three. The Menu for can be found here.
